YOUR TASKS

• Customer support: You are the first point of contact for our customers and support them in their daily use of our ERP software – independently, solution-oriented and with technical understanding.
• Finding solutions: There is no problem you cannot solve – you find suitable solutions either independently or together with your team, continuously developing your skills in the process.
• Product development: You pass on valuable feedback – through your close contact with our customers, you actively help to improve our software.
• Know-how transfer: You carefully document enquiries and solutions, maintain internal knowledge databases and contribute to the continuous improvement of our support services.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• You have completed training or have relevant experience in IT support, customer service or project management – career changers with an affinity for IT are also welcome.
• You have an interest in technology, are proficient in the common MS Office applications and, ideally, have gained some initial experience with ERP systems or industry software.
• Knowledge of metal construction, steel construction or window/facade construction is an advantage – but not a must!
• You work in a structured manner, document carefully and think in a solution-oriented way.
• You remain friendly, calm and communicative even when dealing with complex issues.
• You are dependable, a team player and enjoy genuinely helping customers.
